Welcome to Enoch Scrolls. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, content, products, and the Trend General Store (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

About Enoch Scrolls


Enoch Scrolls explores ancient texts and uncovers locations and spiritual insights related to sacred sites described as three holy locations of the Creator said to be "in the middle of the earth." Our content blends historical research, spiritual interpretation, and exploratory theory. We provide content for informational, educational, and spiritual reflection purposes.

Use of the Service


Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or older where required by local law) to use the Service.

License: Subject to these Terms, Enoch Scrolls grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, noncommercial purposes.

Prohibited Uses: You agree not to: copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, lease, trade, or exploit the Service or its content for commercial purposes without express written permission; use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights; circumvent security or access controls; use automated means to access the Service without prior written consent.

User Content


"User Content" means any text, images, comments, or other material you submit through the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. Still, you grant Enoch Scrolls a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such User Content in connection with the Service and Enoch Scrolls’ business.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any rights of third parties or applicable laws.

Enoch Scrolls may remove or refuse to post User Content at our discretion.

Purchases, Payments, and Trend General Store Fulfillment


If you purchase products or paid content on the Service, including items from the Trend General Store, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges to your chosen payment method.

Trend General Store items are fulfilled and delivered by a third-party provider.

Except as otherwise specified in a product's description or our distinct Return & Refund Policy below, all sales are final. For Trend General Store items, all sales are final except under the following conditions:

  • A customer does not receive their goods.

  • We determine, at our sole discretion, that a customer has waited too long to receive their goods from our third-party provider.

Under these two specific circumstances, a refund will be issued. Outside of these exceptions, Enoch Scrolls may offer refunds or exchanges at our sole discretion.

Subscriptions


Some features may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the instructions provided at purchase or in your account settings.

You are responsible for cancellation before renewal to avoid future charges. Enoch Scrolls may change subscription fees with advance notice.

Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enoch Scrolls and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Enoch Scrolls in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD 100) if you paid nothing.

Return & Refund Policy


Refunds for eligible items are permitted only within 14 days of the original purchase date. No refunds will be issued after 14 days for subscription services. All eBook sales are final and are not eligible for refunds.

Trend General Store purchases are subject to the specific fulfillment and non-delivery terms outlined in the "Purchases, Payments, and Trend General Store Fulfillment" section above.

To request a refund within the eligible window or criteria, please provide your order number and the date of purchase. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. All refund requests are subject to verification of the original purchase and the information provided.

Indemnification


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Enoch Scrolls and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
